You need to be able to swim 100m comfortably before enrolling for this course,
as you will be swimming in clothes every week.
The aim of this course is to educate swimmers on how to be safe and survive in water.
If you sign up for a swimming lesson (or already swim) at Seaford Head on Fridays and also attend this course then you will receive a 25% discount off the course price

LITTLEHAMPTON OPEN MEET - 26TH SEPTEMBER 2010
This is suitable for a large number of LSC swimmers. The meet is level three and has qualifying times that you cannot be faster than but no lower limit times. This makes it very good for those who are looking for County qualifying times and also those new to open competition who just want to have a go.
Please make sure that all entry forms are returned before 23rd August.
Also, if you are not currently registered with the Club/ASA at Category Two you will have to do this before your entry can be submitted to Littlehampton.
